Brian and Jeremy Pitt have followed their mother's footsteps in the real estate business as Cheryl Pitt has owned an Independent Escrow company as far back as they can remember.  California Executive Escrow Services, Inc. provided a breeding ground for the foundations of real estate and the many different intricate transaction scenarios that can and do occur in today's marketplace.  Brian and Jeremy have been around mortgage brokers, escrow officers, title agents, and successful real estate agents through most of their young adult life and have learned many helpful tools and applicable skills through these interactions.

Brian and Jeremy have always wanted to provide buyers and sellers a "top shelf" experience throughout their real estate transaction.  They own a Mortgage Financing company, Mortgage Planning Consultants, Inc., which has assisted many buyers and owners achieve strategic financing in both purchase and re-finance situations.  Having the ability to Pre-Approve buyers helps to control the financing of many of their transactions; as well as the timeliness of closing those transactions.  Having a family member in the Escrow service industry can also assist in allowing the purchase and sales processes flow much smoother.  Their backgrounds in finance, real estate, and investments help provide the knowledge to assist their clients as true Real Estate Consultants.  They conduct a "Comparable Market Analysis" - CMA, on every property they list or assist in the purchase of Professionalism, integrity, and constant communication are some of the key characteristics that keep their clients happy as well as the other parties involved.
